- Update the chart daily to track how much work has been completed and how much remains.
- Use the chart to adjust your pace if the team is behind schedule, ensuring there’s enough time to complete all tasks.
- Tip: If your Burndown Chart shows little progress, investigate possible roadblocks or Bottlenecks that might be slowing the team down.
