Isghaack Ebrahim leads plays an important role in customer success and implementation at Magnetic, where he manages the full client lifecycle from post-sale discovery through go-live and ongoing engagement.
On the implementation side, Isghaack facilitates discovery workshops to understand customer processes, pain points, and business requirements. He designs and builds solutions aligned with platform capabilities, helps set up integrations with third-party tools (Xero, Pastel, Zapier), implements workflow automations, manages data mapping and importing, and delivers training to end users and client stakeholders. He also joins sales calls for complex or high-value clients to support solution alignment.
On the customer success side, Isghaack manages contract renewals, expansions, and key client engagements. He drives post-go-live product adoption through quarterly strategy check-ins, proactively monitors customer health using Planhat, identifies adoption gaps through usage tracking, and manages churn through early intervention. He hosts monthly webinars providing free training, product insights, and feature announcements,building community engagement across Magnetic's client base. Business process expertise.
Before joining Magnetic and Silversoft in 2018, Isghaack held client-facing roles at Digital Field Solutions (Client Services Manager) and Locus Intelligence (Senior Account Manager) in London, followed by nearly two years as Business Development Manager at Living Your Brand in Cape Town, where he worked across B2B marketing, data intelligence, and marketing automation.
