Jenna's career spans agency, startup, and B2B SaaS environments each giving her a different angle on how professional services firms operate. At Flume, one of South Africa's leading digital agenciesworked with major financial brands, managing supporting client-side relationships and campaigns across multiple channels for top-tier clients. This agency-side experience gave her first-hand exposure to the operational challenges, scope creep, resource juggling, disconnected tools, that Magnetic's customers face every day.
After Flume, Jenna joined a startup where she gained experience in early-stage growth and building from scratch. She then moved to Silversoft, where she built the marketing function for Magnetic from the ground up.
At Magnetic, Jenna manages the full lifecycle of campaigns, from content strategy through execution, working with a team of external agencies, copywriters, animators, and designers. She writes about agency operations, content strategy, professional services marketing, and frequently interviews operations leaders and agency founders to bring practitioner perspectives to Magnetic's content.
